Job summary

Bridgeview Center in Florida is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our dining services team. You will assist in serving meals, help with meal delivery, and keep the dining and kitchen areas clean and safe for residents.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, good communication, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift light loads. Flexible to work 12p–8p shifts, including evenings and weekends; training, competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food service experience preferred, but training is available.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food handling, storage, and sanitation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in serving meals and beverages to residents, patients, and guests.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen and dining areas following sanitation and safety standards.
• Deliver and retrieve meal carts, trays, plates, and utensils in a respectful and timely manner.
• Support meal preparation, plating, and kitchen organization as needed.
• Report supply needs to the appropriate supervisor.
• Participate in ongoing training related to dietary procedures and resident needs.
• Follow all food handling, infection control, and safety guidelines.
