Job summary

Allure of Peru is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation, service, and sanitation for residents in our Peru, IL facility. The role supports nutrition, safety, and quality of dining experiences for our residents.

The position is part-time with a 4pm–7pm shift on weekends or alternate weekends, offering an opportunity to join a dedicated team focused on delivering excellent foodservice in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and serve meals according to menus and recipes with special diets.
• Prepare and serve nutritional snacks for residents as needed.
• Maintain sanitation for food, equipment, and supplies.
• Keep the department clean and organized and ensure equipment is ready.
• Assist with dishwashing and cleaning to support meal service.
