Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist cook and perform primarily non-cooking duties while ensuring sanitary, safe dietary conditions.
• Follow planned menus and prepare food and beverages according to recipes and procedures.
• Provide food service to residents and assist with serving beverages and tray carts.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, silverware, etc.
• Assist with duties of the Cook and Assistant Cook in meal preparation and snacks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
