Job summary

The Wealshire in Medina, MN is seeking a Dietary Aide/Server for an entry-level, part-time evening role to support dementia care residents with meals and dining services. This position provides opportunity to learn food service skills while contributing to a compassionate care environment.

Hourly wage ranges from $20 to $22, with required shifts 4:00pm to 7:30pm and the need to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Qualifications

• Entry-level dietary aide role supporting dementia care residents.
• Must be able to assist with limited food preparation and meal service.
• Evening schedule and weekend/holiday requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for limited food prep of menu items and snacks for residents.
• Prepare dining area and tables for meal time as needed.
• Deliver resident meals and snacks to dining area, and collect dirty dishes after meals to bring back to kitchen.
• Wash, dry and restock dishes, flatware and utensils used to serve residents and others.
