Job summary

The role requires independent work and teamwork, with focus on safety, GMPs, and PPE compliance in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow detailed instructions and standard procedures.
• Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack safely and effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic mechanical or equipment operation aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up denesting equipment at startup with correct packaging materials.
• Load flats, cartons, or other required packaging for production orders.
• Make program-related adjustments to denesters as needed.
• Monitor denesters and lanes for issues and elevate concerns to the Grader Lead.
• Fix assorted errors related to equipment to minimize machine downtime.
• Communicate effectively with grader operators and hand-pack teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Train new team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following GMPs, safety procedures and PPE.
