Job summary

Papa John’s team member position is a customer-facing role at the store level. You will assist in preparing orders, handling payments, and ensuring accuracy and quality of every delivery to customers. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team and uphold standard uniform and safety requirements.

The role requires reliability, the ability to work varying shifts, and a proactive attitude toward providing excellent service to guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy and deliver products to customers.
• Provide quality customer service through positive interaction with customers in person or by phone.
• Work as part of a team and assist other stations; maintain cleanliness during shift.
• Process order paperwork and payments; manage cash and use the PROFIT System.
