Job summary

Papa John's International, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver orders to customers safely and on time while upholding quality standards.

You will support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties and adhering to uniform and appearance guidelines as defined in the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook. The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication to ensure accurate orders and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Good cash handling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-delivery vehicle prep, learn delivery area, check orders for quality/accuracy, follow delivery procedures, and provide quality customer service.
• Work as part of a team, be punctual, support other stations, and complete closing duties including cleaning; maintain uniform standards and a positive image.
• Process order paperwork and payments, handle cash, use POS system, promote add-ons, and keep work areas safe, organized, and clean.
