Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Smile, make eye contact and thank customers after fulfilling requests.
• Assist with sampling and suggestive selling; end each transaction with a Thank You.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation per 5S standards.
• Properly handle, merchandise and cook deli products per company standards.
• Prepare in-store made prepared foods and Roaster Chicken program items.
• Perform sanitation duties as required by company and state regulations.
• Control shrink per policies and procedures.
• Maintain cold/hot logs per store policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
