Job summary

SanMar Internal is seeking a Clerical/Stats Clerk to accurately record and report production data. This role applies internal and external errors to employee records and posts daily and weekly production reports to management.

The position involves consolidating error sheets, auditing reports, assisting new staff with statistics questions, entering invoices into High Jump, handling basic office tasks, and supporting RF device troubleshooting in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Manually consolidate internal error sheets from previous day into one sheet.
• Produce and distribute copies of all internal errors.
• Run and audit reports to aid in the collection of accurate information for proper reporting.
• Welcome and help new employees while assisting them with questions regarding their stats.
• Key invoice numbers from external error report into High Jump.
• Respond to correspondents in a timely manner.
• Process employee orders and take payment for each order.
• May be responsible for general office administration tasks.
• May help with distributing and troubleshooting Radio Frequency devices.
