Job summary

MetaSource seeks a Documents Data Entry and Image QC Clerk to prepare documents for image review and data entry across multiple industries. You will enter data, perform quality checks, and follow defined processes to maintain accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, minimum 40 WPM, and basic computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word). Shifts are in-office, full-time, with training pay starting at $12/hour and scheduled increases to $13/hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Minimum WPM of 40
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
• Observes safety and security procedures; reports hazards

Responsibilities

• Enter data from different media into platforms
• Perform image and data quality control
• Follow work processes to ensure output quality and integrity
• Keep up with training and process changes
• Meet output requirements as defined by supervisor
• Ensure scanners and processing tools operate correctly
