Casa Bonita in Lakewood, CO is hiring a Custodian (PM) to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will follow established cleaning routines, handle high-touch areas, and support a vibrant dining and entertainment venue.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, can communicate in English, and are reliable with weekend and evening availability; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Comfortable engaging with the public
• Passionate about serving others
• Able to communicate in English effectively during guest interactions
• Bloodborne Pathogens training is required
• Must have reliable form of transportation and be able to work flexible shifts, inclusive of weekends, days, late nights, and holidays
• Regular and dependable attendance is an essential function of this position
• This position requires consistent availability for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening shifts, as well as Sunday morning shifts, on an ongoing basis. Candidates must be able to reliably work these required shifts as part of the regular schedule expectations for the role. This availability is also an essential function of the role.

Responsibilities

• Follow established steps of service to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment
• Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication and collaborating effectively with team members
• Welcome and engage with all guests to create a memorable experience
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and comply with all company policies and safety regulations
• Regularly clean and sanitize tables, chairs, bar areas, and high-touch surfaces
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum dining areas, hallways, and performance spaces throughout the shift
• Dispose of trash and empty trash receptacles
• Service restrooms, including cleaning and restocking supplies
• Respond to custodian requests, including cleaning up Biohazards
• Document any maintenance issues, deep cleaning needs, or supply shortages for management
• Maintain and clean housekeeping equipment accurately
• Secure cleaning equipment and storage areas before leaving
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the Director of Facilities based on business needs
