Job summary

ServiceMaster Twin Cities in Arkansas is seeking a reliable custodian to clean facilities using our products and procedures, including vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, window cleaning, and restocking dispensers. You will also maintain supplies and wear PPE as required and may be asked to open/lock facilities and manage security systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• 1-2 years experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
• Must have a clean background.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Cleaning duties include vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, cleaning windows, and restocking dispensers.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE where required.
• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
• Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and be dependable and on time.
