Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is preferred.
• On-the-job training provided for those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facility Cleaning — sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture and equipment.
• Inventory — maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Safety — use PPE including hard-toe shoes, hard hat, and vest.
• Site Security — open/lock facilities and arm/disarm security systems.
