GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian Lead for Portland Public Schools in Portland, MI. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week with a pay rate of $15.75 per hour.

The candidate will lead a cleaning team, perform nightly checks, and ensure a clean building using GRBS tools. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring safety, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness across facilities.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening that includes THC.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Mopping.
• Dusting.
• Cleaning restrooms.
• Removing trash.
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned.
