The position offers flexible hours, with duties including dusting, window washing, trash removal and routine upkeep of equipment and facilities. Candidates should be available for evening shifts and on-call schedules as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and as-needed.

Responsibilities

• Dust and polish furniture, equipment, mirrors and fixtures; wash windows, counters, walls, ceilings and woodwork; sweep and dust blinds, furniture and carpeting; resupply restrooms; replace light bulbs.
• Maintain building accessibility and appearance by picking up papers and trash
• Remove trash from receptacles to disposal or recycling areas
• Keep cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer guidelines and performing basic maintenance
• Maintain safe working environment by following procedures, rules and regulations
• Record cleaning actions and notify supervisors of areas needing extra attention or monitoring
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
