Job summary

Liberty Public Schools in Liberty, Missouri is seeking an Evening Custodian (Part-Time) to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary facility and support event setup. The role is 12 months, evenings, Monday through Friday, with a pay range of $17.24 to $21.63 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of custodian, housekeeper, or janitor experience.
• Able to perform snow/ice removal during inclement weather.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned classrooms, offices, gym, restrooms, and/or grounds (vacuum, mop, sweep, dust, wipe surfaces, empty trash, refill supplies).
• Performs summer maintenance deep clean (strip/wax floors, move furniture, wash walls/windows).
• Performs minor maintenance (replace ceiling tiles, bulbs, air filters).
• Secures facilities and grounds (locks, alarms, lights).
• Interacts positively with team, staff, students and guests.
