Compass Group USA in Boca Raton, FL is hiring for full-time and part-time janitor positions with schedules from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Weekends are required. Pay ranges from $14.00 to $15.50 per hour. Experience is preferred but not required, and online applications are accepted.

Keep facilities clean and orderly by performing heavy cleaning duties such as floor care, rug shampooing, wall washing and rubbish removal, with adherence to all safety and infection-control guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning and returns them to place.
• Cleans assigned areas with approved materials and sanitizes surfaces.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture and other items to maintain a clean environment.
• Performs tasks in accordance with federal, state and county guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpets.
