Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Have a personal smartphone with data capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for medical buildings, offices, or light industrial facilities according to building specs.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Collect trash and replace liners.
• Clean, sanitize and supply restrooms.
• Polish furniture/fixtures; wipe windows and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, equipment.
• Dust and clean overhead vent.
• Maintain custodian closet cleanliness.
• Communicate with supervisor to ensure cleaning quality and customer service.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper procedures in the use of cleaning solutions, equipment and tools.
• Report abnormal activities or conditions to management.
• Ensure all chemicals and equipment needed are available and in working order.
• Record arrival/departure times and communicate on company app using your personal smartphone.
