Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Must have a personal smartphone with data usage capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for medical buildings, offices, or light industrial facilities according to building specs.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors; collect trash and replace liners; sanitize restrooms.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; wipe windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; dust surfaces.
• Dust and clean overhead vents; maintain custodian closets; communicate with supervisor to ensure quality.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper cleaning solution procedures; report abnormal conditions to management.
• Record arrival/departure times and use company app on your personal smartphone.
