Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical tasks (weight, volume, distance).
• Ability to read, write and interpret rules, reports and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete assigned work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals.
• Recognize problems, identify causes, and take appropriate action.
• Knowledge of basic floor maintenance including carpet, tile, terrazzo.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated spaces and equipment to health standards.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean carpets and floors; wax and polish floors as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture; clean windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Move and arrange furniture; set up chairs for events.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report maintenance needs promptly.
