Qualifications

• May require a valid driver’s license and safety/task training certification.
• Bilingual ability is a plus; good verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties according to the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain clean work area and assist with punch-list items.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor; follow safety rules.
