Monadnock Family Services (MFS) seeks a custodian to work evening hours Monday through Friday at various MFS sites in Keene, NH. The role covers cleaning daily, weekly, and monthly duties including disinfecting restrooms, kitchens, trash collection, and general sanitation.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, proficiency with email and time recording, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Email and time recording proficiency.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• A pre-employment physical is required with the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis.
• Disinfect restrooms and kitchen areas.
• Trash collection and cleanup of designated sites.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report needs.
• Work evening hours Monday through Friday.
