Job summary

ESFM, the facilities management arm of Compass Group USA, is seeking a full-time Janitor in Sheboygan, WI. The role involves heavy cleaning duties in healthcare-like environments, with focus on floors, walls, windows, and waste disposal.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:30 pm–11:00 pm. Experience in janitorial work is preferred, and the position offers a comprehensive benefits package through ESFM.

Qualifications

• Cleaning and janitorial experience preferred.
• Full-time schedule provided.
• No formal education required beyond experience.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly with heavy cleaning tasks.
• Mops floors, washes surfaces, and disposes of trash as per procedures.
• Moves furniture/equipment for cleaning and returns to place.
• Cleans assigned areas with proper supplies and sanitizes surfaces.
• Follows eight-step cleaning procedure and infection control guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
