Job summary

Compass Group USA, ESFM division, is seeking a full-time janitor in Menomonie, WI. The role offers two schedules: Monday–Friday 3:00 pm–11:30 pm or Tue–Sat 6:30 am–3:00 pm, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour. Cleaning experience is required, and training is available.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly; performs heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp mops floors; moves equipment and furniture for cleaning; sanitizes surfaces.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards; follows eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet.
• Performs tasks per supervisor directions and adheres to guidelines.
