Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a part-time Janitor to perform cleaning tasks across office spaces, lobbies, and restrooms. The role involves sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness in a professional environment.

The position requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, comply with safety rules, and work the 6 pm – 10 pm schedule, Monday through Friday, in Scottsdale, AZ.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality for evening shifts.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Maintains safety and security procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of buildings including floors, carpets, windows, and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
• Restroom cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Clean windows and mirrors; manage trash and recycling.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions and maintain cleaning logs.
