Qualifications

• Two years’ custodial experience or equivalent skills and experience.
• Knowledge and experience in custodial services.
• Excellent oral communication skills (listening, questioning, clarifying, responsiveness).
• Ability to read and interpret written information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleaning routes and ensure safety of buildings and grounds.
• Perform minor maintenance such as painting, plumbing, and light bulb changes.
• Follow safety regulations for equipment and chemical handling.
• Set up rooms for events and assist with moving furniture as directed.
• Clean and maintain buildings, including floors, windows, and surfaces.
