Job summary

Power Design is hiring a Custodian for the overnight shift (6 pm to 2 am) to maintain a clean, safe facility. You’ll sweep, mop, vacuum floors, empty trash, stock restrooms, polish fixtures, dust surfaces and report building needs.

Strong punctuality, teamwork and reliability are essential for this night crew. Requirements include a High School diploma, 2–3 years of commercial cleaning experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, read and follow instructions, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products or willing to learn.
• 2-3 years commercial verifiable cleaning experience needed.
• Ability to stand or be on feet for good portion of shift.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs on occasion.
• Ability to accommodate an overnight work schedule.
• Compensation: $18/hr
