Qualifications

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience required.
• Previous supervisor, management, or team lead experience required.
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead employees while also performing hands-on cleaning duties.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow through on daily responsibilities.
• Comfortable working in a large professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support custodial employees during evening cleaning operations.
• Perform custodial duties alongside the team as needed.
• Train employees on cleaning procedures, quality expectations, and safety practices.
• Monitor work quality and help maintain consistent cleaning standards.
• Assist with shift coordination, task assignments, and daily coverage needs.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout offices, entrances, hallways, common areas, restrooms, stairwells, and shared spaces.
• Support proper use of cleaning supplies, chemicals, backpack vacuums, and floor care equipment.
• Communicate professionally with team members, management, and building contacts.
• Report facility concerns, supply needs, staffing issues, or equipment problems to management.
