Job summary

Saber Building Services is hiring a Custodial Supervisor for a busy community and recreation facility near West Maple Road in West Bloomfield Township. The role leads the cleaning team, ensures quality, and supports daily operations to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate has previous custodial and supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Shift: Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–12:30 AM.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, staying involved in daily operations, and taking pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment.

The Custodial Supervisor will help guide the cleaning team, monitor quality, and support the day-to-day needs of an active facility used by staff, program participants, and visitors. We are looking for someone who is approachable, organized, and ready to lead by example.
