Job summary

Linden Court is seeking a friendly Culinary Assistant for a consistent evening schedule (3:00 PM–8:00 PM), five days per week in North Platte, Nebraska. The role supports dining room setup, meal service, and resident assistance to create a warm, respectful dining experience for residents.

Responsibilities include helping with meal prep, serving, maintaining sanitation, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Prior food serviceperience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, respectful, and courteous service to residents, families, and guests.
• Assist with meal preparation, meal service, and beverage service.
• Prepare and set up dining areas for evening meals.
• Assist residents with their dining needs while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Clear tables and clean dining areas after meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen, dining rooms, and work areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.
• Follow established food preparation and meal service guidelines.
• Work closely with the Culinary and Linden Court team to provide excellent resident service.
• Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents feel valued and cared for.
