Job summary

Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center seeks a CT Technologist for the Williamsburg, VA area. This is a full-time, evening-shift role with a bonus potential up to $20,000, providing CT imaging under physician supervision and ensuring protocol adherence.

The candidate will operate CT equipment, educate patients, and maintain accurate documentation while following radiation safety guidelines. Prior radiology tech credentials and BLS are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Trade school graduate in Radiologic Technology.
• CNMT certification.
• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT).
• BLS certification (AHA). At least 2 years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging following established protocols under supervision.
• Operate CT equipment safely and efficiently.
• Provide patient and family education during exams.
• Complete department documentation and maintain records.
• Monitor and maintain inventory and equipment readiness; follow radiation safety guidelines; administer CT contrast per protocol.
