Job summary

Lahey Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist for evening shifts to perform diagnostic CT scans for ER, inpatient, and outpatient populations. You will ensure patient safety, accurate exam documentation, and ALARA compliance in a busy hospital radiology department.

Qualifications include ARRT registration, Massachusetts licensure, and BLS. The role requires experience in trauma settings, RIS/PACS familiarity, and willingness to cover at multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Two year AMA accredited program in radiologic technology.
• Registered by the ARRT or registry eligible; must obtain CT certification within 12 months.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and documents patient information/history to perform exams.
• Documents use of IV/oral contrast and allergy information.
• Performs CT exams with high accuracy and quality control.
• Uses RIS/PACS for exam processing and post-processing.
• Maintains ALARA principles and safe patient care.
