RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures at a professional level with supervision as needed in Newark, NJ. The role requires ARRT registration, AMA-approved radiologic technology education, NJ license, and completion of orientation programs, with CT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
• NJ License required.
• Successful completion of all Orientation Programs.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
• Exercises professional judgment in the performance of procedures and patient care.
• Conducts other related duties assigned and maintains knowledge of other areas in the department.
• Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient’s age-specific needs and provide age-specific treatment and care.
