Trinity Health Corp. is seeking a Part-time Social Worker for the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program. The role involves crisis intervention, triage, and providing outpatient and extended observation care in a fast-paced crisis setting. Training occurs during daytime hours.

The position requires an MSW, LMSW licensure (New York), and is part-time with an evening shift and weekend/holiday rotation. Strong collaboration with the medical team and community resources is essential.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
• Passing exam offered by ASWB and licensure as LMSW through State of New York.

Responsabilidades

• Provide crisis intervention and triage to appropriate settings.
• Care for and treat outpatient and extended observation clients.
• Provide intensive casework, assessment, intervention, and referrals.
• Address social needs and exercise independent judgement per policy.
• Collaborate with social work, psychiatrists, and unit staff.
• Liaise with other services along the continuum of care.
• Cross-train with Mobile Crisis Outreach (MCO)
