The role involves evening crisis assessments, triage, and crisis intervention with accountability for proper documentation and coordination with community resources.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social sciences and at least one year of relevant experience; licensure/certification is preferred.

• Experience in a behavioral health setting including crisis assessment, triage, and intervention.
• Licensure and/or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis assessments, triage, and stabilization.
• Provide clinical level-of-care evaluations.
• Conduct telephone crisis counseling to determine interventions.
• Conduct aftercare follow‑up contacts.
• Collaborate with community partners.
• Provide service referrals and linkage as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical service delivery.
• Provide timely supporting documentation for all clinical services performed.
