Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking a dependable Corporate Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for our associates, visitors, and leadership team. This full-time role primarily operates in the evening around 4:00 PM, with potential delay hours based on business needs.

You will clean offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and common areas, and ensure supplies and safety standards are met. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401K, and hotel discounts to eligible colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial, office, hotel, or housekeeping cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Dependable and punctual with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to safely operate standard cleaning equipment and use cleaning products appropriately.
• Ability to work around office furniture, equipment, and supplies while maintaining care for Company property.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion while working in an office environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive cleaning activities for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, conference rooms, hallways, common areas, break rooms, and other assigned areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean floors and carpets.
• Dust and wipe down desks, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces as appropriate.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and other fixtures.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners as needed.
• Clean and maintain break room and kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, tables, and appliances.
• Replenish restroom, break room, and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Clean glass, doors, windows, and other surfaces as assigned.
