Qualifications

• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of property interiors, exteriors, parking, and loading docks.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for supervision.
• Maintain daily activity and incident reports as required by site.
