Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Delivery Driver (PM Shift Only) in Portland, ME to be the boots on the ground for a fast-growing, late-night cookie brand. You will deliver cookies, milk and ice cream with fast, safe service and excellent customer interactions at the door or by phone.

This part-time role requires a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, smartphone with data, and the ability to work a late shift. Growth opportunities and paid time off are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance.
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check.
• Must have a smartphone with data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive, professional interactions with customers in person or by phone.
• Use the delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
