Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature and attractive.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required and reports maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
