GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Phoenix, AZ. This role emphasizes customer service as you greet visitors, verify identity, and guide people through access control across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Able to pass extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, verifies identity, and guides visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety of individuals and property
