No prior experience is required—full training is provided. You must be at least 18, have reliable transportation, and a willingness to work in a calm, post-business-hours environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift cleaning supplies.
• Experience in commercial cleaning is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly sanitize and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and shared common spaces.
• Handle routine floor maintenance, including sweeping, damp mopping, vacuuming carpeted areas, and spot cleaning.
• Dust office surfaces, desks, countertops, fixtures, and window ledges.
• Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and properly dispose of facility waste.
• Maintain organized supply closets and report inventory needs to management promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including correct handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
