Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dependable Part-Time Evening Cleaner to help maintain safe, sanitized environments for our commercial clients in Cass City, MI.

This role offers a stable, part-time evening schedule from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with fully paid onboarding training. You can start with training, even if you have little experience; we provide hands-on coaching and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and dependable with good time management.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending and lifting.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks across commercial properties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste removal.
• Disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and high-touch surfaces per standards.
• Safely handle cleaning solutions and maintain equipment; report low stock.
• Inspect areas to ensure quality before shift end.
