Job summary

Summit Building Services is seeking a reliable janitorial team member to keep a commercial office building in Uniontown clean and well-kept. The role involves cleaning offices, common areas, floors, and restrooms, with a focus on disinfection and safety.

Shifts are 2 hours on Mondays and Wednesdays after 5pm. Requires reliable transportation, ability to pass drug test and background check, and prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning specifications and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices and common areas; disinfect desks and tabletops, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop.
• Clean floors and restrooms; restock dispensers and sanitize fixtures.
• Maintain equipment and order supplies; keep janitor's closet organized.
• Use the communication book to request consumables and share facility information.
• Communicate with Area Manager about timekeeping, supplies, and client requests.
• Follow health and safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned.
