Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm) at its Johnson City, TN location. You will set up, operate, and monitor grinding machines to produce fluted endodontic files, while ensuring quality and adherence to TPM and 5S standards.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a technical background a plus. Responsibilities include reading work orders, adjusting controls, and inspecting parts with gauges.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; technical degree a plus.
• Experience with metal machine operation is preferred.
• Knowledge of machining tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Study shop orders and work instructions to determine product specs.
• Set and adjust machine controls to meet specifications.
• Operate CNC machines to grind, lap, hone, and deburr endodontic files.
• Inspect finished parts with gauges and comparators for conformance.
• Perform TPM at start-up and assist with tooling changes as needed.
• Maintain 5S/6S housekeeping and safety standards.
