Legacy Pointe at UCF is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Skilled Nursing team in Oviedo, FL. The CNA will provide compassionate, person-centered care under the SNF Nurse Manager and nursing team, assisting residents with ADLs and contributing to a safe, respectful environment.

The role requires patience, teamwork, and reliability, with responsibilities including documentation, transfers, and helping residents maintain independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to read care instructions, safety guidelines, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other ADLs.
• Document care accurately and timely in the EMR.
• Set up, serve, and assist with meals and feeding.
• Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, and mobility devices.
• Turns and repositions residents to prevent pressure injuries.
• Maintain clean resident rooms and properly store equipment.
