Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred.
• Audiometry and vision training or CHDP certificate preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living support: nutrition, hydration, elimination, personal care, positioning, and restorative care.
• Takes vital signs including pulse and blood pressure.
• Assists with bathing, dressing and feeding, addressing basic patient needs.
• Performs clerical tasks: route patient reports, maintain unit organization, and communicate patient status to the RN.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
