The Gardens at Country is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated care team on the evening shift. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans, document care accurately, and provide dignified, respectful assistance to residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with current CNA certification.
• Provide daily living activities, mobility support, and mealtime assistance.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide physical support and assistance with mobility, transfers, and exercising
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs and behavior
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Support residents with mealtime assistance, including feeding and hydration
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
