Job summary

The Gardens at Country in Swansea, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our Swansea facility. You will provide high-quality care to residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social well-being, in a caring and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, ADLs, meals, monitoring changes, infection control, and teamwork to deliver individualized care plans, along with providing emotional support to residents.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts CNA certification required.

Responsibilities
