Qualifications

• Illinois CNA certificate currently active.
• Current CPR certification.
• Evening shift availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a balance of emotional and physical support to residents, including ADLs and mobility.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to the nurse immediately.
• Perform assigned tasks as directed by Unit Manager.
• Complete CNA documentation such as progress notes and meal/fluids intake.
• Interact with residents, families, and staff with a positive approach.
• Respect residents' rights for privacy and dignity.
