Job summary

Buckner Westminster Place in Longview, TX is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our community, providing compassionate care to residents in the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift. You will support daily living activities, safety, and comfort, helping us meet Buckner's high standards of care and hospitality.

The ideal candidate has a Texas Nurse Aide Certification, a High School diploma or GED, and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Texas Nurse Aide Certification required.
Minimum one year of related experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents.
Knowledge of food serving, cleanliness and sanitation requirements.

Responsibilities

Make frequent resident rounds to check physical comfort, safety, and cleanliness.
Maintain compliance with Buckner policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with implementation of the prescribed health care plan.
Provide care including bathing, feeding, oral care, dressing, and mobility assistance.
Provide cleaning/sanitary services for equipment and rooms.
Document Activities of Daily Living, intakes/outputs, and chart information.
